Greetings, comrades and colleagues:
We would like to thank you for your support in the
elections held over the last few days and inform you
that we assume the workforce's decision with absolute
responsibility.
This majority of over 75% is a clear endorsement not
only of the individuals on our union section's list, but
also of the model we advocate for: a model built on
transparency, autonomy, and solidarity, which we have
already begun putting into practice from the very moment
the results were announced.
To begin with, we are already developing a system for
CGT stewards to log the use of their union hours. From
our perspective, we believe these hours belong neither
to the stewards nor to the company: they belong to the
entire workforce. We will be fully accountable and
transparent in managing them, ensuring they are
optimized to directly benefit the defense of our rights.
Furthermore, yesterday, as soon as the results became
public, we held an extraordinary assembly of the union
section to collectively determine the responsibilities
that different members will assume within the Works
Council. We will shortly call a general assembly of the
workforce to present these decisions and endorse them
together.
We want to encourage you to join this union section if
you wish to participate more directly in decision-making
and contribute to our daily work. This is an open space
where we organize to further boost the Works Council's
activity and provide it with complete autonomy. If you
would like more information about the union section or

We would also like to thank the UGT candidates for their
commitment and participation in this electoral process.
We have already conveyed to the elected UGT stewards our
intention for them to align with this union model
overwhelmingly backed by the workforce, and we have
already started working together to ensure their
perspective complements the Works Council's overall
efforts.
